I hope you breathe again

Your body knows what to do

Being restful has been a challenge some days lately, yet so incredibly important.

Being restful does not always mean laying around doing nothing.

It can be resting your mind as well from the continuous wheel of thoughts that spin around and around.

When traumatic events happen, it can quite literally knock the wind out of you.

To breathe again can take conscious thought.

Mindful breath, in and out.

How precious a gift it is to breathe life in.

Taking in the sun’s energy with your lungs and holding it in your cells.

Your body, the genius that it is, knows exactly what to do with it.

It disburses the breath where it needs to go.

And part of that is for healing.

When you’re restful and breathe mindfully, your body will use its innate and Divine intelligence to help bring you back into balance
